Cancellation Policy
Important information: Please don't hesitate to ask if you have any questions. Casual Class: Please let us know at least 48 hrs before if you can't attend the class. With less than 48hrs notice the payment will not be credited or refunded if you are sick, injured, choose to remove yourself or have other commitments. Rebel Roots Monthly Subscription T&Cs: - The subscription covers a full month of consecutive classes. - Subscription payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. - If you no longer wish to continue, it is your responsibility to cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle. Rebel Roots does not process cancellations or refunds on your behalf. - Missed Classes: Missed classes cannot be carried over, rescheduled or credited. - If Rebel Roots cancels a class, a replacement class or credit may be offered at our discretion. - In case of a failed payment, your subscription may be paused or automatically canceled. Rebel Roots Free Pass Subscription T&Cs: - The Free Pass grants unlimited access to all Rebel Roots classes, starting from the activation date until cancellation. - This pass is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit. - The Free Pass is valid for consecutive weeks and cannot be accumulated. - This plan auto-renews. If you no longer wish to continue, it is your responsibility to cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle. Rebel Roots does not process cancellations or refunds on your behalf. - Missed Classes: Missed classes cannot be rescheduled, carried over, or credited. - If Rebel Roots cancels a class, a replacement class or credit may be offered at our discretion. - This offer is limited to one Free Pass per person. - Rebel Roots reserves the right to revoke the pass if misused.
